DELIVERIES
LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer free local delivery (South Africa) within 3-5 working days via The Courier Guy.
You will receive an email notification with an update on your order indicating the expected arrival time.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship worldwide using reliable door-to-door-signed-for courier services. Please view our international delivery procedure on our international website.
ReturnS
LOCAL RETURNS
_
We want you to love your Romaria item and wear it or use it LOTS. In case you decide you won't, we offer a full cash refund, a replacement or store credit within 15 days of purchase.
Refunds are offered on all items. Returns on garments are conditional to the state in which it is returned (unworn, packaging/labels intact etc).
Please follow these instructions for returns and refunds;
1. Email us hello@romaria.shop to tell us you will be returning your purchase and give a brief detail why (doesn't fit, doesn't suit etc)
2. We will arrange a collection from your provided address.
3. On receipt of your return in good order we will process a manual refund, so we will ask for your banking details in order to process the payment.
**PLEASE NOTE, NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT:
If you have ordered an item in the wrong size or wrong colour/print, we will gladly exchange it for you for the correct item as long as it is available in stock. If there is not something available in stock you would like and you would prefer to keep store credit, we will issue you with a credit voucher to be spent on something you like as and when you please.
Please follow the same procedure above, indicating that you would like an exchange or store credit and not a cash refund.
If you would like to return the item for a second time, a collection courier fee of R150,00 will be applicable.The same return process as above will apply.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
We undergo extremely thorough quality control throughout the making process and all online orders are checked again before shipping out however, in the unlikely event that the item you receive is damaged we will replace it or refund it at no cost to yourself.
To process the return and replacement of a damaged item, please follow the same instructions above to return the item to us. Once we have inspected the damaged item we will refund you the cost of returning it back and arrange a replacement to be sent to you. In the case that we are unable to replace the item because it is out of stock, we will offer you a full cash refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.
PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES WHETHER DAMAGED OR SIMPLY UNWANTED MUST BE DONE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE. (this is in accordance with your statutory rights).

Regrettably we can not offer returns or exchanges on international orders - the reason being; South African customs charges us duty to bring the item back into the country and it becomes an unjustifiably costly process
